Disclosures:

I am not officially certified or trained in ANY area with regards to Finance, Mental Health, Physical Health, Home Repair, Maintenance, etc. but I do have a lifetime of various skills.

You must sign a waiver indicating that you understand that I am not a professional.

I will let you know what I am capable of prior to agreeing to take a job.

If you have ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Physical Limitation, or just generally struggling with "Adulting", I can help you out.

I am fairly fit but not young, so I will not move rocks, but I can do some yard work. I can do some ladder work but not very high.

I am not interested in working for long amounts of time, so I generally have a 60-minute limit per job.

I am not a perfectionist. If you are, then I suggest finding someone else. I will be extremely careful with your things, but you are not going to get "white glove" immaculate cleaning.

I will help you organize and get a handle on your paperwork. I am discrete and non-judgmental. I can help with computer and iPhone* related things as well. I will let you know whether I can help prior to booking.

* I do not own an Android

Cleaning

Whatever (with the right of refusal)

As long as there are not any dangerous chemical or unsafe conditions, let me know what you want done and I will let you know if I can do it. I am not judgmental. You do NOT need to "clean up" before I arrive unless that is what you want to do. It takes longer to clean when there is clutter but sometimes the clutter is the thing you need help with.

Snow Shoveling

I shovel for a max amount of time and I prioritize legal requirement by the city to clear sidewalks and will keep working until whatever max time. Perhaps I will complete the task in that time, perhaps I will not. I am not a perfectionist so you will get what you get. Sorry.

Elder Checkin

Generally, this would be me going to the house to clean or whatever tasks need to be done and while I am there I will make sure your loved one is doing okay. This would be with the knowledge and consent of the loved one and they would know I was in contact with you and that I would be letting them know that I am communicating with you to let them know how they are doing. I am not licensed or certified for any type of CARE at this time. If I feel like your loved one is in danger, I will let you know and I may need to report it.
